While on-site we conduct a thorough site survey and produce a detailed risk assessment. Following the site visit, a proposal is accurately designed for the recommended security system that will fully meet your security requirements.

A Project Manager will be appointed and will oversee your installation from start to finish; and will produce formal method statements, risk assessments and a project plan, so everyone is fully informed.

Our installation engineers are all directly employed, so we can guarantee they are fully trained and hold all the necessary certifications. When it comes to servicing and maintaining your system, our service engineers are also directly employed to ensure you receive a continuity of service by people familiar with your business operations and premises.

Our aftersales support includes a 24 hour service desk, online support and a comprehensive video library.
