Location: Opportunities available for Field Service Engineers based in or around: Stoke on Trent and West Midlands

Salary: Basic salary of £32k p.a. + weekly overtime + standby *£250 p.w. (*rota system 1 in 5 weeks) + callout @ £25 p.h. + additional benefits

AlertSystems are looking for individuals who have experience within the Security Industry and can service and repair Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control Systems. Interviews can be conducted via Microsoft Teams or phone, on a date/time to suit your working day.

The role

Attending commercial sites to service Security Systems – Intruder Alarms, CCTV, IP CCTV & Access Control Systems.

Maintenance of Fire and Security Systems, fault finding on Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control Systems.

Applicant attributes

• Must have 3yrs+ experience of servicing, maintaining and fault finding on Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control Systems
• Basic knowledge of IP Networking
• Product knowledge in the following will be beneficial but is not essential;
  • • Intruder: Texecom, Scantronic, Galaxy, Pyronix
    • Access Control: Paxton, TDSi, Maxxess, Honeywell
    • CCTV: Avigilon, Hikvision, Samsung and Dahua
• Must have experience working on IP CCTV
• Will be required to work on an Emergency Call Out rota, 1 in 5 weeks
• Communicate effectively with customers
• A driving licence is essential
• A current IPAF licence and ECS card is beneficial
