Benefits of TDSi

  • Reliable, high-quality Access Control systems
  • Access Control systems that are incredibly easy to use and require only minimal training
  • Systems that are scalable, so that additional doors can be added as and when needed.

Standalone and Networked Access Control

TDSi offers a comprehensive, scalable range from standalone networked solutions to fully integrated, advanced access control systems, allowing the seamless expansion of systems to meet future needs.

A standalone access control system is ideal for controlling access on one or many independent doors in a building. Access is gained by using a numeric code, PIN with a keypad, or by presenting a proximity or magstripe token. These systems are programmed at each door. If a token needs to be barred or if codes are changed, this must be completed at every door on the system.

A Networked Access Control system is used where control is required at a central point. These systems are ideal for medium to large sites providing simple management control of users and large numbers of doors.

These systems are highly scalable and have advanced features such as event reporting and integration with CCTV and other business management systems. Access is gained by using a numeric code, PIN with a keypad, by presenting a proximity or magstripe token, or by possession with hands-free tokens depending on which type of reader fitted.
