This role will suit people who like to talk, can quickly forge a conversation and like to think on their feet when overcoming objections. We are looking for highly motivated, reliable individuals with strong communication skills to outline the merits of our security systems and services to nationwide businesses and to arrange ‘qualified’ meetings for our field sales team to follow up.
You will be phoning business owners, directors and senior managers so a clear, friendly and confident telephone manner is essential. Computer literacy for updating our CRM database is also required.
This is a results based, challenging and rewarding role that not only provides a good base salary and flexible working hours, but also pays monthly commission and bonus when target is hit, as well as commission on sales resulting from your appointments.
£8.88 - £9.46 per hour + bonus (OTE £18k-20k per annum (32.5 hours per week).
Choice of Hours:
- 32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm (1/2 hour lunch break).
- 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm.
- 19.5 hours per week, Tuesday-Thursday, 9am – 4pm (1/2 hour lunch break).
Workplace Pension Scheme
20 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays (32.5 hours per week).
