Admin Assistant (Corporate Sales Department)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, busy team within an expanding department. We are looking for a bright, IT savvy, organised colleague with great customer service skills too.
- Maintain the customer relationship management system (CRM).
- Produce quotes using Word and Excel for the sales managers.
- Check order paperwork, costing sheets, equipment lists and order value calculations.
- Order processing (using bespoke systems and procedures).
- Communicate with clients and potential clients by telephone and email.
- Log service calls from Corporate clients.
- Liaise with department managers and supervisors (particularly Installation & Service).
- Book hotels / update electronic calendars invites and diaries / process expense claims.
Salary: £13,800 - £14,625 p.a.
Permanent, Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours pw).
Immediate start available.
