Sales Support Administrator (100% office based)

Location: Trowbridge

Salary: £23,400 p.a. depending on experience (reviewed after three months)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy sales admin team. This full-time position is based at our offices in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. We are looking for a bright, experienced office administrator to undertake a varied and stimulating workload. College leavers with a Business & Administration qualification (Btec Level 2 or similar) will also be considered.

The role

  • Working closely with our national sales team to ensure the coordination and execution of our sales processes by producing and managing sales related documents
  • Checking of order paperwork and costing sheets
  • Communicating with clients and potential clients by telephone and email
  • One to one admin procedures training

Skills required

  • The ability to learn quickly, work efficiently and accurately in order to meet deadlines while following specific departmental admin instructions & procedures
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales related data
  • Great communication skills and tenacity to effectively follow-up requests for information from the field sales team

Qualifications

Along with the successful completion of secondary or higher education, a Business & Administration qualification (Btec Level 2 or similar) is advantageous, although successful workplace experience carrying out a similar admin based role is also beneficial.

Part Time Administrator – Service Department (100% office based)

Location: Trowbridge

Salary: A starting salary of £15,600 p.a. 25 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy service admin team. This part-time position, based at our offices in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, provides a busy and varied workload. Comprehensive process training and support is provided but candidates should already have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Word.

Applicants should be proactive, highly organised multi taskers, computer literate and calm when under pressure with strong communication and listening skills, committed to personal development within the role.

The role

  • Assisting area service managers with the scheduling of maintenance visits at customer sites
  • Making telephone calls to customers and sending follow-up confirmation emails
  • Updating appointment grids using the CRM
  • Preparing Risk & Method Statements in advance of engineer visits
  • CRM data validation e.g. keyholders and site contact details
  • Obtaining purchase order numbers from customers
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Essential skills

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Ability to work independently, whilst also being able to follow specific instructions

Credit Controller – Finance Department (100% office based)

Location: Trowbridge

Salary: A competitive salary depending on Credit Control experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company debt. You will be proactive, approachable and methodical with a strong attention to detail. Excellent telephone manner is a must.

The role

  • Phoning customers daily to chase overdue monies
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Making advanced calls on invoices not yet due
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Updating customer notes
  • Recording remittance advices as and when they are received
  • Checking and posting of bank receipts and cheques
  • Sending monthly and ad hoc customer statements
  • Performing credit checks on new and existing customers
  • Ad hoc duties

Essential skills

  • Previous knowledge of Credit Control – preferably 1+ years
  • Experience of using Sage 50 accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook
  • Good keyboard skill
