Admin Assistant (Corporate Sales Department)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, busy team within an expanding department. We are looking for a bright, IT savvy, organised colleague with great customer service skills too.

The Role

  1. Maintain the customer relationship management system (CRM).
  2. Produce quotes using Word and Excel for the sales managers.
  3. Check order paperwork, costing sheets, equipment lists and order value calculations.
  4. Order processing (using bespoke systems and procedures).
  5. Communicate with clients and potential clients by telephone and email.
  6. Log service calls from Corporate clients.
  7. Liaise with department managers and supervisors (particularly Installation & Service).
  8. Book hotels / update electronic calendars invites and diaries / process expense claims.

The Package

Salary: £13,800 - £14,625 p.a.

Permanent, Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours pw).

Immediate start available.
