Why is a Service Contract important to you?

Without effective maintenance even the best equipment will deteriorate.
Preventative maintenance will give you confidence and peace of mind.
There are minimum requirements specified by NACOSS regarding annual preventative maintenance visits for all systems. They are as follows:
Intruder Alarms:
2 visits a year for all systems.
CCTV & Access Control:
1 preventative maintenance visit per year.
The Data Protection Act Code of Practice for CCTV (2000) also states that maintenance should be undertaken on a regular basis in order to ensure that clear images are recorded.
Alert engineers are experienced and qualified in dealing with many types of system.
