Service Options
There are 3 Service Plans available to you, Gold, Silver & Bronze.
Select the plan most suitable for your needs and Alert service engineers will ensure that your systems are maintained in good working order.
Gold
Service provision will cover all call-outs, labour and materials, under our normal terms and conditions, and will also include an annual scheduled maintenance visit, or visits, depending on system type.
Silver
Service provision will cover all call-outs, under our normal terms and conditions, parts will be charged accordingly. An annual maintenance visit, or visits, will be scheduled, depending on system type.
Bronze
Service provision will cover a scheduled annual maintenance visit, or visits, depending on system type. All additional call outs, labour and materials are chargeable.
Alert engineers are experienced and qualified in dealing with many types of system.
We therefore offer service agreements for non-Alert systems.
