Vehicle Number Plate Recognition

Identification of vehicle number plates is now becoming an essential management and security tool for many businesses.

Our VNPR System will give extremely accurate recording of number plates that can be used to perform numerous tasks such as open barriers or gates, or alert Security staff etc.

The user can interrogate the database to search in a variety of ways, including by date, time, category, full or partial number plate. This makes the VNPR System very useful when looking back at incidents or seeing how many times a vehicle passed through. Out of hours access to site can be denied to specific vehicles by setting up schedules of when vehicles are permitted onto site.

The VNPR System determines the registration plate of the vehicle and searches the database for a match. If a match is found within it's records the details will be displayed on screen giving you information on the car, driver and any actions or instructions that need to follow, such as stop the vehicle, stolen, invalid pass etc.
