State of the art on-screen mapping technology enables operators to give the emergency services the location of an incident within up to five metres accuracy for lone workers with GPS phones. 

While in an emergency on no-nGPS phones, on screen maps showing where the call was made are verified by retrieving voice messaging left by lone lone workers giving their intended wherabouts or by speaking directly with an operator.
