System Requirements
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later
- Windows 2000, XP or a more recent operating system
- Minimum 400Mhz processor
- VGA colour depth set to 24 or 32bit true colour
- Java and ActiveX support enabled
If you have a firewall, port 1194 and 1284 must be open to allow the ActiveX to stream video.
Bandwidth
Video streaming normally requires large bandwidth. Using Cieffe's Delta Mode compression, it is possible to stream video and audio over a slow connection with narrow bandwidth.
The minimum recommended bandwidth for accessing this demo is ISDN (64Kbps). However with a broadband connection you should be able to view video near to real time and experience rapid response when controlling pan, tilt and zoom cameras.
