When an indication of an Alarm activation at your premises is signalled through to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) an immediate response is made.
Contact key-holders, Guarding Company or the Police, depending on the response agreed and type of installation.
External Alarm Systems
When an indication of an Alarm activation at your premises is signalled through to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) an immediate response is made.

CCTV Systems
Upon receipt of an Alarm Event, the RVRC Operator will connect to your site to view live images of any activity taking place.
Or
The RVRC Operator will view images transmitted directly from your premises when activity on site is detected.
Once the images are interrogated the RVRC operator will contact key-holders, Guarding Company or the Police, depending on the response agreed and type of installation.
Alternatively you can be contacted via telephone, text message or email about an Alarm activation and then access the images from your premises through your PC at home, or your Laptop.
